After all these years, through our smiles and tears, He is still the Prince of Peace.
After all He’s done, God’s beloved Son Is still the Prince of Peace.
He knows how to quiet the windstorm; He knows how to still the sea;
And He knows how to calm the storms In the hearts of you and me.
Through our days and nights, dark times and bright, He is still the Prince of Peace.
Through the wildest storm he keeps us warm: He is still the Prince of Peace!
And we build His kingdom daily By the things that we do and say;
By the ways we treat each other His peaceable kingdom gets built each day.
After all these years, through our smiles and tears, He is still the Prince of Peace.
After all He’s done, God’s beloved Son Is still the Prince of Peace!
And He reigns in every heart that will receive Him,
And someday He’ll reign on earth;
This Holy One that we revere
As we celebrate His life, His wondrous birth:
Soon He’ll reign on earth!
